TASK was appointed under a JCT Design and Build Contract to complete the CATA refurbishment of four floors of commercial office space including new WCs, reception and external fenestration improvements to the façade.

The property was upgraded with an entirely new Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure improving the EPC to an ‘A’ status.

Works were completed ‘live’ with occupiers in situ, our professional team working with multiple stakeholders issuing free-flowing information, project reporting and a weekly look ahead submitted to ensure both a collaborative and timely delivery.
