TASK was briefed to deliver an extension of the existing building to create a new fully fitted gym and changing areas. The project also included the renovation of former meeting rooms to form a new café with bespoke servery, catering equipment, and manufactured joinery feature plus renovation of the reception including new reception counter and creation of meeting spaces. The air conditioning was replaced in all refurbished areas, three new external terraces created and new external signage installed.
In addition, TASK designed and delivered the CAT A refurbishment of vacant office spaces with exposed soffits and services and a CAT B fit out of the fourth-floor suite.
