Task delivered a total building refurbishment including CAT A and CAT B with a new VRF system resulting in an A status EPC, bespoke reception and upgrades to the façade and fenestration, a new café and breakout area and a new lighting control system.
Works were completed both in and out of hours on a fast track JCT Design and Build Contract to complete the scheme with occupiers in situ. The TASK team design developed external fenestration improvements to the façade, shower facilities, and a new reception with revolving doors and speed gates.
